Quel peut être le lien entre le réel et notre perception? Est-ce un scénario élaboré, une correspondance? Ou quelques bouts de scotch sur des images trouvées? La forme plastique peut être l'une ou l'autre, et bien plus encore - c'est la question qui répond à la question du réel, une énigme. Sylvie Rodriguez et Rémi Tamburini n'ont, sur le plan formel, rien de commun. Toutefois, leur pratique respective sont faites d'emprunts et de projections: la forme, émergeant de matériaux quotidiens, crée un promontoire d'où il est possible de contempler d'autres possibles. N'est-ce pas ce qu'on attend de l'art?

What could be the link between reality and perception? Is it an elaborate scenario, a correspondence? Or some bits of tape on found images? The aesthetic form can be one or the other, and much more - it's the question that mirrors the question of reality, an enigma. Sylvie Rodriguez and Rémi Tamburini have nothing in common from a formal point of view. However, their respective practices are made of borrowings and projections: the form, emerging from everyday materials, creates a promontory from which it is possible to contemplate other possibilities. Is not this what is expected of art?
